Repo The Genetic Opera (Movie):

A movie with Ogre AND Paris Hilton? Whaaaa?
The story is that everyone in the world is having organ failures, so everyone surviving is getting organ replacements to survive, and when you can't pay for your replacement the repo man comes for you. Very cool premise right?
I think the movie is worth watching just based on it's beauty, but be prepared to spend some time fast forwarding, because the songs are not so great. The pentameter is off for many of the songs, and the rhyming is embarrassing. Lots of good ideas here, just not written or executed very well. I really wanted to like this movie too...

Another thing: Maybe it was my TV, but throughout the movie, the vocals are way in front of the music, and the music is buried way in the back. Why did they do that?

I'd like to own this movie, just to have playing in the background for the beautiful visuals.
