Desperate banks are now seizing peoples houses when people pay off their mortgages.
"Apparently, from other examples given on the show, when someone pays off their home and writes to make sure the records are in sync and there is no more owed, the mortgage companies and banks have a few more tricks up their sleeves. From what was said on the show, this is not the only time they tried to seize (or actually seized) a paid-off home. Homeowners beware."
