Sexist School Rules:

When I was in High School I had a major problem with the school regulations that allowed girls to have long hair, but no boys. I rebelled against this policy by growing a rat tail, but evenutally got caught and had to cut it.
Later in life I butted heads with various jobs that would pressure me to cut my hair.
(I'm looking at you Blockbuster video!!!)
Anyway, check this out:
"A boy told he cannot wear earrings in school says the rule is sexist because girls can.

Connor Langdown has been pulled out of lessons several times at St Edmund's Catholic School in Portsmouth because he has worn stud earrings to school for the past eight weeks.

School rules had said jewellery was not allowed apart from watches and a crucifix worn under shirts. But parents were told in a school newsletter this month that girls would now be allowed to wear stud earrings."
